Thanks to everyone for their prayers and good wishes for my rapid recovery. My sight has now returned and, although I am not yet out of the hands of the surgeon, I expect to make a full recovery by the end of the summer.

We missed having a PPC in June and need to have one before the summer holidays. The earliest opportunity seems to be Wednesday 18th July - 8pm in the parish Rooms.

My suggestions for the agenda are:

6. Date of next meeting

One additional topic, I had a request from Hedda (the florist). Do we know anyone who could host a 19 year old German student for the summer? Any suggestions, contact her at the florists.

1) Print and display a copy of the diocesan map in the church porch. Andrew
